The United States Sailing Corporation provides young men in the Hampton Roads area with vocational training that is immersive and hands-on, covering various aspects of sailing and marine trades. By providing such youths with skills that can easily be translated into employment, we not only improve their character and competence but also help them become more employable in the local economy. The program is based on practical work at sea and is designed to include a chapel on site for spiritual growth and contemplation.
